saxon is a joke they have run us around& around about modification program.i started trying to get a fix intrest rate right after our loan was sold to them 3 yrs.ago i've sent the paper work in so many times they should know it by heart.you never get a straight answer from any one that works there one hand doesn't know what the other is doing president obama has ask the mortgage company's to do mods. to help people stay in there homes there are hundreds of complaints against them but no one is doing a thing we are working... read full review »
