Big Brand Tire in Ventura will ignore it's customers while they are busy talking on their cells to their buddies. I saw the mechanic drive my car to the front, hand the keys and paperwork to the front desk clerk and never even bother to mention to me that my car was ready. They just ignored me and made me wait there. They were not helping anyone at the time. I think it is a POWER TRIP to see how long they can make you wait.
