I just cancelled the service today. After 3 years of being charged $69 a month on my citi card for, I decided to change my charge cards based on the new interest rate of 28.9% after never missing a payment. I missed one date and went from 10% to 28.9% therefore I called and cancelled the card and then was transferred to Credit Protector to cancel my enrollment with them and got the total run around.
