I bought and paid for on-line 2 Gucci handbags for my wife for her Christmas on 16th December. Despite numerous emails requesting shipping details for the purchases I have heard absolutely nothing. I have called the number above, which is the number for Neiman Marcus who know nothing about gucci-shop.com or my order number.
