I ordered a wine gift for a friend on wine.com in December; it was to be delivered on 12/19 as a Christmas gift. They wasted no time billing me for it, but here it is 1/4/10 and still no delivery. I tried calling them and the call center employee could not cancel the order, saying that they would have 'someone' call me. Well, that never happened. Finally, I had to call my credit card company and have them dispute the charge. Needless to say, stay FAR away from wine.com. read full review »
