I'm contacting you to advise you guys of some horrible service I been having with 685 Automotive located on 13200 Pond Springs Austin, TX 78729 Ste F-45. I took my car in for hail damage repairs on November 16, 2009, Allan Fritsche the owner was only to have my car for an estimated 16days to do all the repairs on the car. It has now been almost 2 months and still no car, all I been getting is excuses why my car is not ready as well as blaming me for not having the car read either.
