I've been a customer for 6 years, spent tons of money, and recently had my account frozen because of an amount of $28.00 that they claim occured 6 years ago! I was immediatly sent to collections. I really enjoy there products, so I payed the amount. I spoke to the credit dept., and even though they directly spoke to collections and found out the amount was paid, there making me wait an extra week to open my account!. I was told that Shop NBC hired a collection co. to drum up more revenue, watch out you may be next!. read full review »
