I placed an order containing four items on 12/4/09 through B&N.com. One item was shipped three days later, the second over two weeks later and the third and fourth item were to be shipped by 12/24. On 12/30 recieved email asking for a 30 day order extension. I have never had to wait so long. I could have purchased the items in store or through another website. What a waste of time.
