Ask Centergy can decline checks at their discretion, when they are approving for most merchants, often with no previous returned check records, supposedly for potential fraudulant activity... but if you dig deeper, they actually will sell you their "Gold Centergy Plan that almost guarantees check acceptance. Talk about the fox guarding the hen house... they actually have increased their "fraud risk" model so that innocent people can actually be declined, and are encouraged to buy their guarantee plan.
