This is the email I sent to them after having to upgrade 3 TIMES: I have exceeded my bandwith this many times with a family of 6 that does NOT D/L movies or music I am writing to you as a last ditched attempt of decent customer service before I file my complaint with the BBB, to which I know you have a NR rating because of a bad track record.
