I purchased a front loader LG washer about three months ago. I begin to have problems and had to call the warranty department. I became really upset. They begin to ask all these questions about my washer that should have been in the system and then they had me acting like I was the technician. I was to look for different things to make sure it was completed when delivered. Well I stopped and just told them I did not see anything they were asking.
