I ordered a Durex Play Gem on a spend 25.00 and recieve a Durex Charm/Luna for free. Recieved only the Play Gem in clearly defective less than new condition. This company has firewall protection to block your complaints. This leads me to the belief that they think they can get away with this because of the personal nature of item ordered. read full review »
