I submitted authorization for payment for shipping and Handling on a cd once payment was made was directed to website for grant.gov. The charge for 1.98 was posted to my account, now I find a charge for 69.95 being posted to my account that I never agreed to did not find any mention to it being that would be charged. read full review »
