I received my one pair of glasses after a month. Per the policy on their order confirmation "In the event we don't meet our delivery commitment we will refund $10 for Single Vision, $15 for Bifocal and $20 for Progressive Eyeglasses." I called to get my refund after my emails were not responded to. I was told by "Francois" there was no such policy. I offered to forward back out the email and I was told a check would be cut in the next 2 weeks. Stupid me orders another pair of glasses. Same thing-they took a month to get... read full review »
