Ordered product October 14. Credit card billed immediately but product was not sent out. (illegal in some area and situations, just unethical and unnecessary in others). Frequent phone calls just resulted in lies--at one point I was told that my product was shipped and I should be receiving it any day. There on-line tracking info gave fraudulent info as well--my order was never shipped. I was finally told that part of my order was back -ordered, but they would ship the part in stock.
