I have a case open from AT&T, case number KMM20136245V92353L0KM. Elaine Dudley replied email, but it was not solved. It was not been solved since Dec 22. I have tried email several times and no answer. There is a mistake on their record about our home address, so the location tracking is not working. It should be very easy to correct, but nobody take care of it. No reply from either the email ([email protected]) or web form mail.
