I decided to "upgrade" my analog boxes to digital. I order them to be delivered and was told it would take 3 to 5 days for them to arrive. After a week went by I called to check on the order and was told by Comcast that they had no record of the order. Since I was told they could be self-installed, I asked if I could pick them up.
