I get a Call from these ppl for free grant money (25k), cause i was eligible. I call back to get details (being stupid), i got a machine saying to leave my first and last name, phone number, and email, i dont. I go to the website to check it out and they want a start up fee of $1.99 plus a monthly fee of $94.89 plus your credit card info and bank info.
