I used my magicjack for 4 months then i had an issue with my headset. Magicjack sent me another unit that was going to be billed if i did not return the original one. Anyways the problem was the headphones not the jack. Returned it and received confirmation the other day that they received it. Yesterday Jan.4/10 I plugged in my magic jack and it stated we have an up date for you, Wait till finished. That was the operative word finished!
