mattress left an indent of the butt first night of sleep - salesman said to give it a month - picture shows indent but company claims it does not meet their criteria - everyone who sees this mattress agrees that it should not be - it has a 10 yeare guarantee if not satisfied - I wanted it changed the first day after use but they did not do anything about this - I do not think I have to pay delivery charge for exchange as it isn't a matter of dissatisfaction but of a defect - read full review »
