On 01/01/2010 I received a pop up from Avast, that it was time to renew my Avast anti-virus. I thought that this was free for the Home Edition. I signed up and found that I had bought the Professional edition, which is $43.45 for 2 years. I do not need nor want this protection. Now, I can't even get the Company to answer my emails. I have written to 3 times. [email protected] 3 times and no answer. I have the recipet but it does not have any numbers or email address on it.
