My mom ordered Youthology after seeing an ad on television. She tried the product and it does not work. She asked me to help her return the product. When I called, I was informed that she was outside of the return period and that another shipment was on its way, of which she would not be allowed to return for a refund. They told me she was informed when ordering the product that they do not allow refunds on products once shipped on subsequent orders regardless if the product is unopened.
