I just paid $1, 100 for a bulk mail delivery of a menu for a take- out business in philadelphia. This bulk mail was dropped off on Monday December 28, 2009. It is now January 5, 2010 and it has s yet to be delivered.. I called the local post office who would handle this zip code and all they tell me is, its sitting on the carriers desk. This is not right and I think they should be ashamed of themself. Then they got the courage to raise the postal rate every year. read full review »
