I ordered seat covers for my son-in-law's new truck...email confirmation said they would be shipped Dec 23rd. I knew I wouldn't receive them in time for Christmas, but assumed they would arrive soon after. It is now Jan 5th and there is no sign of the seat covers. Fortunately they have not charged my credit card. I called Dec 28th and was told that the seat covers were coming directly from the manufacturer and the JCW would email them and let me know.
