I purchased an English Bulldog from Melody Edwards at Lobopuppies.com on January of 2008 and to date today 1/5/2010 I have still not recieved my dog Chargers papers. Melody has stated the papers were mailed several times, and I have still not recieved them after countless emails and phone calls to her. I paid $2, 000 for my dog and I found out today that I am not the only person that she and her company have swindled out of papers and etc...for their dogs...
