Safelink Wireless is guilty of taking tax dollars and stealing paid for service. ERGO, THEFT OF SERVICE. Customers can get a replacement phone if it stops working but not if it is lost. Seniors, mentally challenged customers, poor and otherwise disabled are not allowed to lose a phone, but allowed to brake one. If they lose the phone they lose the minutes.
