We, too, have the same complaint as the one posted by L. Barrett in November of 2009. The customer service at Todo Es are certainly friendly except when it comes to asking for a refund. We ordered our first slipcover through them in the past. It fit perfectly, however, when we ordered a second cover, it didn't fit as well as the first one.
