I do not even know where this company is located. I ordered a Freetalk Headset. It took a month to get to me. It came broken. When I emailed them that it was broken, they said that they would give me a refund which would take 24-48 hours. It has now been over a week and I still don't have my refund. The worst part of this is that I have sent them about 15 emails asking them to contact me and give me my money back and they don't. I have asked to talk to a manager and I heard nothing.
