Contacted company for an in-home estimate on laminate flooring and ceramic tile. Salesman claimed that he didn't know the thickness of their laminate flooring. This is basic information when reviewing laminate flooring. Salesman took an inordinate amount of time to take measurements and come up with an estimate. Spent a lot of time talking up his product and "selling" us on his company! We simply wanted an estimate!
