My mother is forced to use Medco, because my dad is a U.P. employee, and the copay at the 1 local pharmacy they can use has gotten so expensive. Also they can often only get a 21 day supply locally. She has been recently shorted 90 Oxycontin out of a 180 tablet supply. When we called the company to complain, we were told the 2 technicians check the count before they are sent.
