I purchased JC Pennys Liz and Company Rolling Luggage. On my first trip the front wheels locked up and wouldn't roll. The luggage was too big for me to pick up leaving me to drag the bag which broke off the wheels. This luggage was very expensive, about $ 150.00 for the large rolling suitecase. The problem is is that if it appears to be abuse of the item they will not repair it. I had to drag the suitcase because the wheels would not roll, I couldnt just pick it up it is too big and I am a very small person. what can we do to get this fixed? read full review »
