i got my majicjack a year now . In December 2009 an alert notice appeared informing me my licence is about to expire . i made an attempt to renew the licence following all the steps as instructed via their wed site and had no sucess .i contacted them through the chat online that is made available on three occasions and i was told tha they are reviewing may account . the same answer i got every time i made contact, they keep sending me to some higher support level and at the end they say someone will contact me via my email.
