Ordered LaCrosse boots from Outdoor Headquarters on 12/6/2009 expected by 12/22 for Christmas. Status never changed from pending. Emailed numerous times trying to get info/status update only to be totally ignored. They billed my credit card immediately yet never to this date 1/6/2010 have I received the boots or any response from the 6 to 7 inquiries I sent. I contacted my credit card company 12/31/09 and filed a dispute to have my account credited and have them help me get a refund. Very poor business practices.
