I ordered 2 rollerblade sets as xmas gifts on 12/5/09. One arrived the following week. The other did not. Shipping info on amazon (on behalf of seller) was incorrect. I call at least 10 times and emailed about 6 times. Three times, they said they'd call (within 30 minutes) to provide tracking information. They never responded. Most calls went to voice mail.
