Out of the blue I received a text message on my cell phone congratulating me for signing up for mobeebuzz. I had never heard of them and did not sign up with them. I texted STOP (twice) indicating I did not sign up with them. I have since been charged twice on my cell bill. The number they provided never picks up and has yet to return my voice messages.
