I purchased some UGG boots from the USUGG Boots website. When they arrived, the style of boots were in the wrong box. The boots also smelled like oil. The right boot was cut poorly and I couldn't get it on my foot. I sent several emails to the website. I asked for an exchange or a refund. They refused both. So, I paid for the boots, but am unable to wear them. This is truly a scam. read full review »
