On August 4, 2009, I returned 3 HP cartridges for a $3.00 rebate on each. I kept thinking that the rebate refund would be coming, but as of this date (01/06/10) I never received a $9.00 voucher on my Staples card #5955737860. Is it too late to receive a refund?
