Beware of siging any kind of contract with this company. And don't let their motto "We're not satisfied until you're satisfied" fool you. Once they have your money, they are satisfied and nothing else matters. I joined River Fitness Gym in Jacksonville, FL and signed up for personal training. I made all of my payments on time, but apparently they feel like the gym is not required to provide that service in sort of reasonable time limit.
