MetLife Auto Insurance is great if you never put in a claim... they do a fantastic job of taking your money. But if you ever have an accident, it is nearly impossible to get them to respond appropriately to a claim. I had been driving a friend's car and totaled it. Not at fault accident. No other vehicles damaged. But I was behind the wheel. My friend's car was totaled and it didn't have collision insurance.
