when signing up for an annual membership for my husband and i, the understanding was that we both would have the year at a certain cost that would pay for the whole year. i find out later that only one membership was paid, and the other they charged monthly, which was extremely higher. i originally paid for both annual memberships and they only charged for one. it was agreed per phone call that we would be charged for both annual memberships. instead they swindled me into the monthly membership for one. read full review »
