Bank of America needs to change the phone system. They do everything they can so that you cannot speak to a human. I have spent over 6 weeks and spent several days at the bank, had to hire an attorney for them to authorize my power of attorney for my mother. God forbid they actually hire someone over the age of 30 with banking experience! I jumped through hoop after hoop trying to get someone to help me. I DO NOT recommend that you use BOA.
