First, if you get a defective product you can't return it unless it does not even power up. When you do return it, they will not pay for shipping and they charge a 20% restocking fee. I bought a new product which did not work and it cost me over $20 to return it and restock. I now have to go elsewhere for the product. They should have just asked me for a $20 donation! read full review »
