First of all, they called my house (i live with my grandfather) and ask if i am home. my grandpa says no and asks for all of my additional numbers where i can be reached. my grandpa refused (thank god) because he simply didn't know who it was. he failed to state who it was, and started to get my grandpa upset and harassed him. i got home to a shaking grandfather who was so confused and upset. i called this company and they TOLD me that i needed a battery because the one that came with it only lasts 10 minutes. ok, i know i'm a girl... read full review »
