I bought a Blackberry from him on 1/25/09. A couple of hours after I paid him, all his info was pulled from Ebay. I tried contacting him and being nice hoping he wouldn't screw me over. Of course I had no more luck than any of you other victims. I just emailed him at the Yahoo address you guys had and threatened him with legal action if I didn't get my refund.
