I purchased a Gateway Computer from Hsn in May of 2007. I first had a problem with this computer in 2009. They sent a technician in from Barrister Electronic their warranty people. The technician wiped out my entire computer. I had to send my computer to Louisianna to Barrister. Now my monitor is out an I called Dec. 16 to report the problem. I had to call Barrister and they gave me the run around. I found out that Barrister cannot repair my computer. Hsn protection plus is dragging their feet about replacing my computer. As of today Jan. 6, 2010 they have not given me a resolution. read full review »
