The Waterford Corporation of Illinois and their principals Reginald Reg Waters, Athena Tepe, and Elizabeth Hawkins are scam artists. The steal money from clients, don't provide the services promised, and don't pay their vendors. They have several complaints against them currently, both from clients and vendors.
