On July 23, 2009 I went to Xpress Lube at the aforementioned address and instructed the technicians there to change the oil in my car. I specifically asked for synthetic oil to be used. I then went to get some lunch and the gentleman I talked to told me that it would be done in 30 minutes. Upon my return I paid for the service and left.
