Nefer Nails in Harvey Park South is not a place that I would recommend any longer. I have patroned this business for over 13 years and have had issues a few times, most recently the owners niece, Lisa, has been running it for the past several years and her husband which is the only male that works there. I went in Nov. 24, 2009 for a new set of nails. The man is the one that put them on, but I usually have Lisa do my nails since I know her quality of work.
