I paid through Pal-Pal for Remote Unlocks to provide the unlock code for my cell phone. This was on 12/7/09. On 12/8/09 they sent me an e-mail stating they could not provide the code and would be issing me a refund. I have attempted to contact them on three occasions without a reply.
