Charter in Rockwall, TX told me they would give me 1 year of FREE cable because their internet service had been so troublesome. I agreed. Then they started charging me for cable right away. I called and they said they never offered me free cable! They have no record of it therefore the conversation did not happen. Basically I was a liar! I have been using Charter high-speed internet service for years. They were the only company in our rural area that would provide high-speed internet. They had a monopoly.
